The Perrotti's Pizza Story..

1986 - 2017

Owner of Perrotti's Pizza in a cozy restaurant setting

Established in 1986 near TCU in Fort Worth, Perrotti's Pizza became a local favorite thanks to Richard Perrotti and his father. They created a standout pizza recipe and expanded the menu to include calzones, lasagna, subs, salads, and homemade ranch. Richard’s hands-on approach and focus on quality and hospitality built a loyal following. The figure in the Perrotti’s logo is a caricature of Richard’s father. Richard's friends.

In 2017, Armando Castillo took over Perrotti’s, continuing its strong service with his family. Despite new competition like Toppers and Buffalo Bros, he kept key accounts like TCU and Children's Cooks, sustaining high sales and loyalty. The owner-operator model worked well until Armando retired and sold the business to ALG Holdings.

When ALG acquired Perrotti's in 2021, we faced challenges but gained valuable experience by learning what works and what doesn’t. Since then, we’ve rebranded, remodeled, and brought back the original recipes. Today, Perrotti’s is known as one of Fort Worth’s top pizzerias, with plans to grow into a chain of more than 100 locations. We’re proud to carry on the Perrotti family legacy.
